Calendar prep, sharper milestones

Preparation tasks for calendar events: Open any calendar event and tap "Add prep task" to get a planned task ready to go, priority 2, 30 minutes of effort, due the day before, earliest start one week ahead. The task carries a Prep label across the task list, plan view and detail panel, and stays linked to the event: if you reschedule the meeting, the prep dates follow. For recurring events, exactly one prep task is in flight at a time, rolling forward to the next occurrence as the previous one is completed or passes.
Recurring iCloud events show every occurrence: Recurring events from Apple/iCloud calendars used to surface only their first occurrence in the plan view. Agendara now expands every series across a 13-month window, honours EXDATE skips and per-instance overrides, and keeps everything in sync as the master event changes. Google calendars were unaffected.
Drag milestones between tasks, or set them free: Milestones aren't trapped under their parent task anymore. Drag a milestone onto another task to reparent it, or onto the new "Drop to promote" zone in the task list to spin it out as its own top-level task. Mobile users get the same flow via a kebab menu with "Move to another task…" and "Promote to standalone task". Every action shows an Undo toast.

A new look

Editorial planner aesthetic: Agendara's visual identity has been reworked end-to-end. Warm cream and deep ink surfaces, a burnt-sienna accent, forest green for completion, and real typography across marketing, the web app, and mobile.
Fraunces & Geist, front and centre: Display serif for page titles and task names. Geist Sans for dense UI. Geist Mono for every numeric, priorities, durations, timestamps, percentages. Loaded natively on both web and mobile.
Progress ring, tuned: The daily completion ring now builds up from muted sienna to forest green at 100%. Less red-alert at low numbers, more forward momentum.
Monthly availability, reread: The heatmap switched to a single-hue sienna ramp, darker cells are busier days, lighter cells are freer. Easier to scan at a glance than the old multi-colour grid.
Warmer project colours: The project colour picker now offers a curated palette, sienna, rust, forest, moss, clay, olive, mustard, plum, slate, ink, instead of the old rainbow. Existing projects keep their original colours.
Consistent chrome everywhere: Dialogs, sheets, dropdowns and tooltips inherit the editorial palette across both web and mobile. No more cool-grey shadcn defaults peeking through.
Warm confetti: Daily-completion celebrations now burst in sienna, rust, olive, moss, cream and ink, matching the rest of the product.
Mobile gets the rework: iOS and Android share the same palette, fonts and editorial tokens as the web. Tab labels set in mono uppercase, day-detail sheets scroll when packed, and the nav chrome no longer duplicates page titles.
Editorial account settings: Underlined form fields, mono-uppercase eyebrow labels, numbered section groupings, and a dedicated Data & Privacy page. Settings now reads like a well-set magazine spread.

Project Mode & V2 UI

New V2 UI: A redesigned interface with a persistent sidebar, command palette, mobile-first navigation, keyboard shortcuts, and a dedicated side panel for editing task details without leaving the list.
Projects: Group related tasks into projects with their own scope, color, members, and dedicated detail view. Full-width task list with drag-to-reorder and the same quick-add shorthand used elsewhere.
Project Members & Assignees: Add members to a project and assign tasks to them. Every task row has an inline assignee picker, and assignments stay in sync with members you add or remove.
Task Dependencies: Chain project tasks by marking one as blocked by another. Blocked tasks are visually dimmed with a lock badge and the dependency count is shown on the task row.
Project Gantt Timeline: Switch any project into a timeline view showing every task across days or weeks with assignee colors, status styling, and today's marker.
Personal Task List Scoped to You: The personal task list and the scheduler now only consider tasks with no assignee or assigned to you. Assign a task to someone else and it leaves your schedule automatically.
Auto-Assign to Self: New tasks you create inside a project are automatically assigned to you. Move a project-less task into a project later and it gets the same treatment.
Full-Height Month View: The availability month view now stretches to fill the viewport on any screen width, with a 50px minimum row height and smooth scrolling when space gets tight.

iOS App & PWA

iOS App: TestFlight Beta: Agendara is now available as a native iOS app with dark mode, English and German language support, swipe navigation, native date pickers, and a fresh new app icon. Join the TestFlight beta to try it on your iPhone.
Progressive Web App: Install Agendara on your device for a native app experience with quick access from your home screen.
Event Filtering in Plan View: See which calendar events block your time in the plan view. Toggle filtered events on or off to understand your real availability.
Plan View Polish: Today's plan card is highlighted, day cards have a cleaner tab-style header, and completed task slots are preserved when rescheduling.
Updated How It Works Page: Now a 6-step walkthrough covering event filtering, step breaks, iCal subscriptions, and direct links to app pages for logged-in users.
Work Hours Setup Hint: Dashboard and Plan pages now show a dismissible hint prompting you to configure your work hours so tasks are only scheduled when you're available.
Task Page Improvements: Filters persist across navigation, task cards show project colors, and the detail panel no longer auto-focuses the title field.

Localization & Drag Improvements

Full App Localization: The entire app is now available in English and German, not just marketing pages, but all forms, navigation, task management, planning views, and account settings.
Cross-Group Task Drag & Drop: Drag tasks between different priority groups to quickly reprioritize your work. The schedule updates automatically to reflect the new priority assignment.
Week Start Day Preference: Choose whether your week starts on Monday or Sunday. All calendar and planning views update to match your preference.
